Resistance is killer. I haven't blogged, journaled, meditated, or been on a creative role for weeks! Dang!

It was soo snowy and beautiful today though. Brady likes me which is fun except I am not interested in a relationship right now so it's a little awk. 

I went to the new Walmart today

We went to the special needs dance too and LOVED IT. I love those people and love Autumn. I wasn't kidding when I told her to move in with us. We really would love to have her. ❤️ 

Leah has been the greatest best friend ever. I'm so grateful to have her in such a crucial time. I know God cares about me. 

Saturday 1/9/16

Slept in 

Tried sledding at smith park and I felt awful

I went on a date with Joe to snakebite and ice skating

We loved this skating guy!!!

Leah didn't feel good either 

When I got home Jacobs apartment invited us all over for hot chocolate so we went and I got to know Jacob better :)

Friday the 8th

Wednesday 1/6-Jen leaves

Jen's departure day :( it was a fun road trip of sleep and fun. Mom Dad Matt Jen and me then we met up with Andy. 

We ate at Olive Garden and then were rushed to the mtc. Jen will be such a great missionary. 

We visited Emma afterwards then headed to mccammon so I could catch the shuttle. There were only a couple people on the shuttle and they all got off in poky so it was just me and the driver who was 25 and so chatty and I definitely felt he was trying to ask me out the whole time hahaha I was so uncomfortable and wanted to be snapchatting/texting Jen all about it but couldn't so I texted the group message and Andy called to save me for a few minutes of awkwardness. What a nicie. The guy was Paul Tolkey and said if I call the shuttle and say I'm his friend I get 25% off so that's worth it hahahah

Joe came and picked me up and took me to the grocery store and was so sweet. But I don't think it is going to work. :( it just doesn't feel right at all. So that'll be fun telling him. 

I love my roomies though. They probably think I'm a bum because I didn't socialize with all their people (instead I sat in my room really sad and I wanted to call Jen but I couldn't but Matt was busy, mom was at book club, carlie was busy and Leah lost my glove so I was frustrated with her. so I broke down and cried and prayed and then felt much better and Leah came in and we hugged and chatted and organized our rooms.

I'm grateful for prayer tonight and that communication to God 

Thursday 1/7/16

Really hard day. I miss Jen a lot :/ I wanted to text skype and call her all day :( I got to call carlie and Grandy and mom Which I loved all three and was so happy to talk to them. I've been choking down tears all day and had a couple of breaking moments but I was blessed throughout by seeing Joe Jeremy and kevin. Leah made me breakfast. Jennie made me lunch. Joe took me out to dinner and helped me laugh and have fun (after being a downer and grump all day) 

I got to hangout with Michael at work which is the best cause he's so fun and I am always laughing hahah.

Grandma mom dad Matt Jen and me went to rexburg this morning. I unpacked and they templed. I met Jennie and Mckayla. They're so nice and excited for this semester so I am too :D I chatted a bit with them but was super rushed. I left Leah some surprise chocolates! Joe came and picked up my stuff from La Jolla and then he came with the fam to eat at the hickory. Yum :) 

We finished up some missionary shopping for Jen and I bought some lotions :D 

I've been working on Jen's blog. It'll be easier to do once she is gone hahaha. 

She got set apart tonight. The spirit was so strong. This is definitely where she is supposed to be. We are all going to be missing her sooo much. It's so cool that she is brave enough to do this. 

We went around saying goodbyes. Rolo joined :) 

Matt won the last game of Catan for awhile

Monday is here 1/4/16

I love Miracle Morning was only half way completed again but i love it! It gets me motivated. I cleaned our room and packed mostly everything I'll want with me at school. 

I went to the dentist at 11:30 and got the stupid popcorn kernel out of my gums then got a cleaning and cavity filled. Woo. Mom said I have to pay for my own appointments from this day forward. Yeehaa to growing up. 

I went to grandmas and played cards. she hooked me up with soup, popcorn and banana bread to take back to school!

I worked on logos for dad and also Jen's blog. No one liked the work I did hahahah. It sucks being a beginner designer. I'm glad they don't sugar coat things though-that's way worse. 

We played Catan and mom made cookies. It was an intense game. And I was the CHAMPION!!!!!

Yay for Monday's at home ❤️

I went with Jen to say bye to the Bowmans. I'm gonna miss these people. 

Jen's last Sunday

I'm starting off each day but "miracle morning" which is an acronym SAVERS "Silence, Affirmation, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Scribbling". I only had time for the first three but I am looking forward to it tomorrow. 

Church is always amazing. I love going. The wind is so bad today so the parking lot was filled with big drifts. It was fast Sunday ❤️ lots of perfect testimonies and great lessons. Mom and dad made potatoes and a roast and it was DELICIOUS. I am so grateful for my fam. 

Hailey came over to say bye to Jen and us three went to the christiansens to visit Bridger and were there for hours hahaha. I love them and my bbz.

I had to chase Matt down to save my phone and picture storage. 

For family home evening we had a testimony meeting and Jen answered questions. The spirit was so strong. I'm really grateful she is going. She will help so many ❤️ 

We all lined up afterwards to see if we can touch our toes..Jen is the only one who can haha

Jen and I slept at grandmas and didn't wake until 11!!! Grandma made us yummy waffles and then dad had tom Joe Jen and me go with him to Heritage because a pipe busted and it flooded. We vacuumed water and smashed up ice 

We were freezing by the end so I cuddled up with Rolo and helped Jen make her blog for the mish.

I went to grandmas and we completed the puzzle! Woohoo. Then we played Racko, rummy and watched miss congeniality. Jen and mom showed up and we watched Wedding Planner. 

FIRST OF 2016

Let the BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE BEGIN!!!!!! 

Ann made Jen and me breakfast UPSIDE DOWN SQUARE PANCAKES. SHES THE BEST I miss seeing her all the time. 

Then the day was laaaaaaZy. Rolo chilled with me. 

Rolo always has my back. Then he sat with Joe and I thought it was so funny hahahah. 

Jen leaves in 5 days. Yikes and I am a grinch about it.
